I started Nurture because I saw too many businesses struggle to bridge the gap between their day-to-day operations and their high-level strategic goals. My passion is helping you connect those dots, building a strong foundation that allows your business to thrive.
From Banking to the Boardroom
My career began in banking, providing me with a deep, foundational expertise in the mechanics of finance. But I quickly realised my true passion was in the application of that knowledge and using financial insights to drive strategy.
This led me to pursue roles as a financial advisor and, more recently, to serve as a board member for a significant New Zealand conservation charity as well as on several small boards – both for profit and not-for-profit. This experience at the governance level gives me a unique perspective. I don’t just see the numbers; I see the entire ecosystem of your organisation and help you make the strategic decisions needed to grow your impact.
